Breathe and Sing!
Mindful singing is a form of mindfulness practice that can bring joy, peace and understanding to ourselves and others. Following our in-breathe and out-breath, our bodies and minds will enjoy singing in oneness. Your lung, throat, nose and the whole body will become a musical instrument like a kind of violin. When we sing and listen mindfully, the poem of the mindfulness songs will nourish and water the seeds of peace, wisdom and love in our consciousness.
